Qubi won't turn on even if plugged in?

If a Qubi stays dark even on the charger, it has most likely frozen rather than failed. The recovery tool restarts it over USB from your browser, with nothing to install.

Plug the Qubi into a computer with a USB data cable, open the tool in Chrome or Edge, and press Recover my qubi.

If the tool cannot find your Qubi, the usual cause is a charge-only USB cable. Try the cable that came with a phone or laptop. Still stuck? Contact us and we will help.
