Delete your account

You can delete your Qubi App account and all associated data at any time, in either of two ways.

    In the app

    Open the Qubi App, tap your profile on the home page, scroll down, and tap Delete account. Your account and all associated data are deleted.

  2. 2

    By email

    Email support@qolour.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, email address, password, and profile picture) and any circuits or data saved to your account. This cannot be undone.
