Unless otherwise stated, we assume you're holding the Qubi with the button facing up and the charger port facing back. So “upwards” means “in the direction of the button.”

Physicists have special names for the poles of the sphere. These names are shown below in the white circles. This is called the Bloch sphere mapping.

Add stickers

The box includes a sticker sheet. Apply the six labeled stickers (−, +, 0, 1, −i, +i) to the matching poles from the figure above. These will be helpful for learning, and can be removed later.
