SMS Terms

The Qolour Customer Support program is operated by Brightfield Technologies Inc., doing business as “Qolour”. It is a two-way conversational support service reachable at +1 (320) 438-7824.

We use it to answer questions about orders, shipping, and Qubi device setup. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program, and we do not send recurring automated messages.

You join by sending a text message to +1 (320) 438-7824. Starting that conversation is your consent for us to reply to you by text about your inquiry.

We do not add phone numbers from any other source, we do not import or purchase lists, and we do not text people who have not contacted us first.

Message frequency varies. We reply when you write to us, so the number of messages you receive depends on your own conversation. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging.

Qolour does not charge for this service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this number. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you text us again.

Texting STOP only ends text messages. You can still reach us at hello@qolour.com or by calling +1 (320) 438-7824.

Reply HELP to any message for help, and we will respond with contact information. You can also email us at hello@qolour.com at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and service may be unavailable in some areas or on some carriers.

We use your mobile number only to reply to you about your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers collected through this program with third parties, and we do not use them for marketing.

Our messaging provider processes these messages on our behalf so we can send and receive them. For more on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy. The rest of our Terms of Service also apply.
