I just got my shipping email and nothing shows up

Tracking usually takes 24–48 hours to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier. If it's been longer than two days, email us and we'll look into it.

The tracking hasn't updated in days

Qubis ship internationally, and parcels can go quiet for a few days mid-journey — especially between the export scan and arrival in your country. Gaps like that are normal and almost always resolve on their own.

My package shows an exception or failed delivery

Most exceptions (a missed delivery attempt, a customs check) clear up within a day or two. If yours doesn't, or the parcel is heading back to us, email hello@qolour.com with your tracking number and we'll sort it out.
